Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at kariskreates@outlook.com and you will be sent the return address.
Customer assumes return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or product received that was damaged during shipment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receipt of item if the item is defective, damaged upon shipping or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked "final sale." And Contacting us after 3 days of receipt for damages, defects or issues may result in a return not being accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected and approved your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
